OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. The Anvil Knitwear Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older and recipients of a survey invitation. Begins on February 15, 2010 and ends on May 1, 2010.
1. Promotion Period: The Anvil Knitwear College Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on February 15, 2010 and ends on May 1, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).
2. How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may receive an invitation to participate in a survey. If you receive an invitation, send an email with your first name, last name, email address, date of birth and survey answers to info@anvilknitwear.com. Entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on May 1, 2010. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Limit one entry per person/email address.
3. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about May 8, 2010, in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by email.
4. Prize: Grand Prize (1): A $500 Shopping Spree at BuyAnvil.com, awarded as a gift certificate. No substitution or transfer of prize by a winner is permitted. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, who are recipients of an Anvil Knitwear survey invitation. Employees of Anvil Knitwear Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
6. General Rules: Return of Grand Prize notification may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
