Our Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
• Items ordered through BuyAnvil.com will be shipped to the 50 United States via USPS (we currently do not ship internationally). We pack your items using recycled or recyclable materials and USPS Priority packaging is not only recyclable but Cradle to CradleSM certified.
• Processing time for in-stock items will be approximately 2 business days; you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date on all out of stock items.
• At this time we offer standard shipping free of charge. Standard shipping orders should be delivered within 4-7 business days (processing time not included. If you prefer priority shipping because you need your order sooner, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-223-0332, extension #1.
• For delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow 2-3 weeks (additional charges may apply)
• A valid street address or PO box will be required for delivery
• Business days are defined as Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Anvil your satisfaction is just as important to us as the environment. We stand behind our quality and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your unworn/unused item within 30 days of the date of purchase (or 60 days if you are located in HI or AK). If you would like to replace the item we will gladly replace it with another style, color or size AND pay for the replacement’s shipping cost.
If you need to return: Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice. Securely package your return including the return form. To remain in line with our environmental policies we do not provide you with a preprinted return form. To download the form please click here . You pay for postage at the point of return.
Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for all returns from the time we receive your returned items.
